Sendoso's campaign creation flow allows you to make the most robust and diverse campaign you've ever been able to make. We've added features to this flow that aren't available in the old flow.
Those features include things like:
- Being able to select multiple types of gifts for recipients to choose from (mix eGifts and physical gifts!)
- Allowing the recipient to exchange the gift for another item of equal value (limited to our physical marketplace offerings)
- Allowing for a charity donation
- Requiring a meeting at the campaign level
- Adding an approval layer to all sends
Check out our new interactive course on this new flow here!
We'll continue to build new features into this flow to make it a truly first-in-class campaign creation experience.
Getting Started
Navigate to the Campaigns page in Sendoso by clicking Campaigns under the Configure dropdown menu.
Click the + Create Campaign button at the top.
If you need to create an Amazon Campaign, please click the Use Legacy Campaign Builder link instead.
Choose Your Gift(s)
You'll be met with Sendoso's all-inclusive marketplace. From here, you can pick one gift if you know exactly what you want to send, or you can send a collection of gifts for the recipient to choose from!
Not seeing all the tabs? Let us know, check your Account Settings to make sure your account can leverage this flow to its maximum capabilities.
Edit Details
Give your campaign a name, theme, and don't forget to customize the send attributes (gift exchange, delivery alerts, donate to charity option, require a meeting, etc).
Teams and Limits
Now that you've set the details, let's assign teams and limits.
Decide if anyone can send this campaign, or just select teams. You'll also be able to add an approval layer or limit users to a set limit of sends per period. If a send is canceled for any reason, it will attribute that send back to the sender's limit.
For example, if the limit is 10 sends per period and a sender sends 10 sends, but 2 get canceled, then the sender has 2 sends left for that period.
Refer to Understanding Campaign Send Limits (Rolling Date Range) for an in-depth explanation on how this feature works.
Funding
Select if the funds should be deducted from the sender's balance or if you want them to be deducted from a funding source of your choice.
Campaign Tracking
If you are using the Salesforce integration and want your sends to be tracked back to a campaign in Salesforce, you can set that here. Otherwise, you can proceed with Sendoso ROI tracking.
If you elect to use SFDC campaign tracking, you'll see statuses aligned with physical gifting. We are currently in a transition phase, and these statuses will soon be updated to encompass all gift types.
