Settings Page Overview

Your Settings page offers several settings that you can use to customize your Sendoso experience.

To access this page, you will need first to open your menu, using the menu button on the top right of your screen:

This will open up your User Settings page. Let’s take a look at what you can customize here!

Settings

The first tab, your User Settings tab, is divided into two parts. The first section includes your personal user information. This is where you can list your name and your phone number. Additionally, you will find your email address associated with your Sendoso account, your company name, your company headquarters (if applicable), and your User Key.

Your email address, company name, company headquarters, and User Key cannot be altered or updated. Should you need to update your email address for any reason, please reach out to your Sendoso Manager or Admin to request this change from our Support team.

Your User Key as listed here is used to associate your account with an integration, such as Marketo, when setting up triggered sending. You can read more about the setup for our integration with Marketo Engage here.

The “Send As” feature allows you to toggle between “Company” and “Myself”. This will determine how the "From" field of eGift emails will be displayed.

  • For example, if you select “Company”, the “From” field of your eGift emails will display your company name as listed above in the Company Name field.

And finally, here is where you can enable Testing Mode. For more information about Testing Mode, click here

Account Settings

On the next tab, you’ll find your Account Settings:

SmartSend: This setting will enable SmartSend for your entire account so that your Senders will be able to use this feature. Click here for more information. 

Global Address Confirmation: Once enabled, those settings will be the default for any new Campaign you create. If you're creating a triggered Campaign, you'll be able to adjust the settings for that particular Campaign at the time of setup. Read about it here

Playbooks: Can be made available or unavailable using the toggle here. Playbooks are use-case-specific Send ideas with a suggested gift and associated message. You can read more about Playbooks here.

User Invites: The final feature made available to you on this page is the option to validate new user domains to ensure they all match your company’s designated email domain. If you select this option, invites to email addresses outside of your domain will be flagged.

Notifications

If you select the Notifications tab at the top of this Settings page, you will see a list of notifications you can customize.

You can select Unsubscribe from all at the bottom to no longer receive any notifications.

Be sure to click Save once you've made your selections!
