Tracking Sends and Carrier Resources

When you submit a physical Send and your order is in the hands of a carrier, it’s important to know how to track that package. In this article, we’ll show you how to get the tracking information for a physical Send and also share resources for each possible carrier our warehouses use.

Locating the Tracking Information

Once a Send reaches “Shipped” status in your Send Tracker, you’ll know the package should have some tracking information available. You can get this tracking information from the Send Tracker on Sendoso or the email you receive once your Send ships.

Clicking Track Order or Track Shipment from either of these places will bring you to a page that will show the carrier for that shipment. Once you’re on the page, you can tell which carrier is in charge of getting your gift to your recipient.

Here is a list of the resources for each carrier that our warehouses use and where to check if they’re experiencing any delivery delays.

Please be aware, ongoing postal strikes in Canada may affect delivery times on some orders

DHL: International Shipments from Australia

Ireland/EU

An Post: Domestic Shipments within Ireland

GLS: International Shipments from Ireland within the EU

DHL: International Shipments from Ireland (Non-EU countries)

United Kingdom

DPD: Domestic Shipments within the UK

DHL: International Shipments from UK

USA

USPS: Domestic Shipments within the USA

Estes: Domestic LTL (Bulk Sends) Shipments within the USA

FedEx: International Shipments outside of USA

DHL: International Shipments outside of USA

Please know that if you ordered through the Direct Marketplace, you may see other carriers for those Sends as those gifts are shipped directly from the vendor.

Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU)

Countries where Brexit has added a layer of complexity. These countries REQUIRE items to be shipped in a way that makes recipients pay duties/taxes

We CAN ship in a way where recipients will not need to pay duties or taxes, overall shipping costs may be slightly higher
