What do the different statuses in the Send Tracker mean?

  • Updated

In your Send Tracker, you may notice a variety of statuses related to each of your Sends. Here is a breakdown of what each status means by send type. For more information on the Send Tracker, click here.

Offer Sent: This is the first status for a Send. The Sender or integration initiated the Send.

Engaged: When the recipient engages with the eGift card sent. This includes whether they've opened or clicked into the email or link.

Processing: When the gift is one that is sent via traditional mail, this indicates that it is being processed with our fulfillment center or partner vendor.

Shipped: When the gift is one that is sent via traditional mail, this indicates that the order has shipped.

Delivered: The order has been successfully delivered to its destination. If it's an eGift, this means the recipient has viewed their claim code.

Expired: When a gift offer is no longer available to redeem.

Refunded: The gift offer was never redeemed, and the sender has been issued a refund.

Amazon Fulfilling: Amazon is preparing to ship the order to Sendoso.

Amazon Shipped: Amazon shipped your order to a Sendoso Fulfillment Center.

Failed: Reach out to Support with the order or tracking number for assistance.

Send Issues

Insufficient Funds: The Send was initiated but there were no funds in the Send’s funding source to complete the Send. For more information about funding sources, see this article.

Invalid Email Format: The email provided for the Send was incorrect.

Suspicious Email: The email address is currently blocklisted or was flagged as low quality. For more information, see this article.

Fulfillment Inssue: The send has been temporarily suspended due to an issue in the Fulfillment Center. To resolve this issue, please contact the Support Team.

The "Offer Sent" status in Send Tracker now covers all sends awaiting recipient actions, such as Address Confirmation, size selection, etc. This update simplifies tracking by unifying these pending states under one status.
