One of the benefits of using Sendoso for gifting is our automated notification system that enables seamless gift delivery to your recipient. We send various notifications via email and Slack to senders so that you can rest assured that the gift will get to where it needs to go.
These notifications also serve as a great way to let you know when it is best to follow up with your recipient. For more best practices on gifting and following up with your prospects, check out Sendoso University.
In this article, we’ll go through all of the notifications that Senders receive during the lifecycle of sending a gift.

Paused Campaign Notification
As a campaign owner, it's essential to stay informed. To help you manage your campaigns effectively, we send daily digest emails detailing any campaigns that have been paused or activated within the last 24 hours.
Each paused email includes a convenient link to the "Action Required" Campaigns page.
Once on the page, you can filter the list by "Owner" to see your campaigns.
We've added a "Status Updated At" column that will allow you to sort the list of campaigns by date, making it easier to manage the most recent ones that require attention.
If you prefer not to receive these alerts, you can easily opt-out through your user notification settings. To learn how to adjust your notification preferences, visit our Settings Page Overview.
