Collecting feedback on the gifts that are sent just got easier than ever with the new "Send a Thank You" button that now appears when a recipient confirms their address or chooses an eGift.
We're closing the loop on sender/recipient communication and adding it to how you access success in Sendoso!
When they click "Send a Thank You!" it will prompt them to enter a message for the sender, and then one click to send it off. In the next step, the sender will receive an email with feedback from the recipient. If they reply, it'll go back to the recipient.
As an admin who might want to look into the feedback received - they can check it out in the new recipient feedback feed in Analytics.

Can I export the recipient feedback in bulk for my senders?
We've got plans to add this, but not today. If you want a report we can pull it for you, contact support!
