EU Sending Fulfillment Center Move

As you know, we have been undergoing a large EU warehouse transition over the last three
months. We are pleased to share that the warehouse move is now fully complete.

All inventory has been booked into our new location, and every Sendoso customer utilizing our
EU warehouse facility is now able to ship. We will conduct one final sweep of our old facility to
check for any remaining stock, but the transition is officially complete.

International Shipments (Customs & EORI)

If you are shipping goods from outside the EU to our EU warehouse, please ensure your vendor
applies your company’s EORI number to the shipment. Sendoso cannot assume ownership of
incoming goods for customs clearance.

Ship Notices Required

All shipments arriving at our facility must have a Ship Notice attached. Arriving without one
risks receiving delays, lost packages, or outright refusal at the dock.

Receiving Turnaround

Provided all documentation and Ship Notices are in place, standard receiving typically takes up
to 3 business days.

Order Processing Times (Pick & Pack)

  • Orders under 15 units: Up to 3 business days. (Note: Exceptionally large volumes of
    individual small orders may cause slight delays).
  • Orders over 15 units: Up to 5 business days.

These timelines do not account for special packaging instructions or orders
requiring handwritten notes.

Upgraded Shipping Options

We have upgraded our shipping standards. All shipments leaving the EU warehouse will now be
handled by UPS or a comparable premium carrier:

  • Sendoso Optimized Shipping: UPS (5–6 business days)
  • 2-Day Shipping: UPS (2–3 business days)

Special Unpacking Requests

If you require stock to be removed from its original manufacturer packaging upon arrival (for
example, removing individual plastic wrapping from Yeti mugs), please flag this to our Support
team as soon as your vendor ships the items. 

Requesting this service increases the risk of minor scuffs or cosmetic damage during handling.
