Our Support Team is available Monday - Friday during the following hours during Daylight Savings Time (March - October)*:
- 9 am - Midnight GMT (EMEA)
- 1 am - 5 pm PST
- 2 am - 6 pm MST
- 3 am - 7 pm CST
- 4 am - 8 pm EST
Chat hours will move one hour back when in Standard Time (November - March) since our headquarters are in Arizona.
