Managing all of your Party Links has never been easier with the new Party Link page under the Configure drop-down menu in the main navigation.
Not only can you create new Party Links from this page, but you can bulk approve, edit, activate and deactivate all of your Party Links from one page.
Page Overview
Let's take a quick look at the page.
- Click all links at the top to see a complete list of all of your Party Links
- Click Approval Required to only see the Party Links that have the require approval setting enabled and are currently needing approval for redemption
- If you'd like to create a new Party Link, click the blue + Create Party Link button at the top
- Filter the Party Links by status (Active vs inactive), created date, expiration date, teams assigned or by campaign name
- Click the pencil icon to go in and edit the party link settings
- Copy the link with one click
- Click into the Party Link to review the details
Creating a Party Link
When you click to create a new Party Link, you'll be asked to choose which campaign to connect it to. Once you select a campaign, you'll be taken to a familiar page to create the link.
Approving Party Links
You can now bulk approve Party Links on this page by switching over the view to Require Approval at the top. From there, review the links that need approval and take action individually or in bulk.
Editing Party Links
Clicking the pencil icon, or clicking edit on the details page, you'll arrive at a page where you can edit certain details about a Party Link. Here are the settings you can edit:
- The name of the Party Link (just type in the text field!)
- Toggle the status from active to inactive
- The message that the recipient sees when they click or scan the Party Link
- The expiration setting - you can choose either "Never expires" or a specific date
- The theme of the party link landing page
- Pre-approval criteria*
*to copy/paste multiple emails, copy the column of your csv and paste directly in that field. It will separate the emails for you!
Click Save Party Link at the bottom and the new settings will save!
Party Link Details Page
The Party Link details page is where you can see who has sent the Party Link and the status of those sends. You can also download the QR code for the Party Link to share instead of the link.
You'll also see the name of the campaign that is associated with that particular Party Link. If you click the name of the Campaign, it will take you to that campaign's page where you can edit and update those settings as needed!
