Integrated Party Links

With Sendoso, you can use your existing integrations to automatically pre-approve recipients who fill out a Party Link.

When a Sender chooses Party Link as their send method, they will have the option to choose a Pre-Approval Criteria to allow for Party Links to be automatically approved. If they choose to pre-approve a Party Link via an integration, they can choose which piece of information will trigger the approval.

Below are the supported integrations and approval methods available. All approvals are based on matching the email that was submitted in the Party Link to the integrated system.

Salesforce

• Any Contact or Lead
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is a contact or lead in Salesforce
• Campaign Member
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is a part of the campaign you specified during configuration

HubSpot

• Any Contact
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is a contact in HubSpot
• List Membership
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is a part of the list you specified during configuration

Marketo Engage

• Any Lead
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is a lead in Marketo Engage
• List Membership
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is a part of the list you specified during configuration

Eloqua

• Any Contact
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is a contact in Eloqua

Outreach

• Any Prospect
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is a prospect in Outreach
• Sequence Member
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is a part of the sequence you specified during configuration

Salesloft

• Any Person
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is a person record in Salesloft
• Cadence Member
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is a part of the cadence you specified during configuration

HRIS

• Any Employee
  • This will validate that the recipient submitting the form is an active employee in your HRIS system (based on work email)
