Sendoso allows you to schedule your send on the day and time of your choosing!
If you're looking to schedule a send for an event, please review this article for more information. Event Fulfillment sending is a slightly different process and the guidelines can be reviewed here.
Scheduling a Send
To schedule a send, go through your preferred sending method (campaign send or straight from the marketplace) and fill out all the necessary information.
You'll notice there is an arrow attached to the Send button. Hover over that arrow to review important information before scheduling your send.

Once you click on the arrow to schedule your send, we'll give you a couple of options to quickly choose from.
If none of those options work for you, simply choose pick date & time to open up more selections.
The image below shows the calendar in the campaign send flow. This view may differ in the marketplace send flow.
Select the correct date and time you'd like the gift to be sent on.
It's important to note that Sendoso uses your current timezone for the time of the send. Physical gifts that already have an address will begin processing on this date.
Reviewing Scheduled Sends
To review any scheduled send, head to the Send Tracker. You can use the filters to quickly narrow the list down to sends that are in the Scheduled status.
You can hover over the status pill to quickly see when the send is scheduled to go out.
You'll also have the options to Reschedule, Send Now, or Cancel the send by clicking the menu.
You can also view this information & perform these actions directly from the Send Details page.
FAQs
Will my gift arrive at the scheduled date and time?
If the gift you are sending is a digital gift or an address confirmation email, yes, we will send the email to the recipient on that date and time.
If you are sending a physical gift that is sent via traditional mail, and you provided Sendoso with the address, then we will start processing the order on the date and time. We can not guarantee the delivery date and time.
Does scheduling a send reserve my inventory?
No, scheduling a send does not reserve inventory at this time. Please be sure you have sufficient stock before your scheduled send date.
What happens if there is no available inventory at my scheduled send date?
Sendoso will notify you on the scheduled date & time that your send wasn't able to be fulfilled.
What timezone does scheduled sending use?
We use the timezone you are in when scheduling the send. If you choose 9 am and you are on Eastern Standard Time, that is the hour at which the send will go out.
Can I schedule a bulk send?
Yes! You are able to schedule a bulk CSV send.
