Always check your spam or junk folder. It’s possible your email server is preventing the follow-up email from coming through!

If you haven’t gotten the follow-up email with your redemption code, let us know! Reach out to Support here by submitting an email ticket or chatting with a live agent. We’ll be able to provide you with your voucher link.

In the future, we recommend adding mail@gift.sendoso.com to your allow list within your email account.
