Redeeming your eGift is super easy! Here's a short video showing the steps to redeem an eGift:
After receiving your eGift offer, click the “Claim Your eGift” button at the bottom of the email. You will then be directed to confirm your email address. Make sure you submit the email address where you received your email offer.
Once you verify your email address, you’ll receive a second email with the eGift redemption code.
From there, you’ll need to follow the eGift company’s instructions on how to redeem your eGift.
NOTE: Visa eGifts require the recipient to create an account through the MyPrepaid Center secure system. Your recipient can follow the steps linked here to do so.
