  • Updated

Our Templates page has moved and got a major upgrade. With the new Saved Messages page, you'll now have an easy to way to create, manage and use Saved Messages in your Sends.

Now located in your Settings, you can save, create and share your best-performing messages across your team.

To get to your Settings, click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of your Sendoso account and click Settings

The next step is to tag your message with the appropriate use case, which is optional. You'll also be able to share the message with your team, or whole account, or keep it private.

FAQs

What happened to all of my templates?

Your templates should have moved over to the new Saved Messages page. If you notice any missing templates, please contact our Support Team for assistance.

Why did my Saved Message get cut off on the Send page?

Since these new Saved Messages are not tied to specific campaigns, like Templates were, the character restrictions may impact the length of your Saved Message.

We recommend keeping these messages under 100 characters for notecard messages and checking for truncated messages for email and landing page messages before hitting Send!

To help with this, consider using some naming conventions so you know when to use a notecard saved message vs an email saved message.

What happened to adding Salesforce fields to the templates?

Since Saved Messages are applied at the send level, and not the campaign level, that feature is no longer supported. For more information about adding templates with Salesforce fields, check out this article about Salesforce automations. You can set up templates for automated sends when you set up an automated campaign.
