SmartMessage prompts senders to enter context for a message when sending through Sendoso's Send page, it then digests the info to provide a fun, clever, and related message to pair with your gift.
All SmartSuite features are available for Advanced and Enterprise plans. SmartSend and SmartMessage are available for Core plans. Read more about plans here.
How to use SmartMessage
To get started, you'll need to get ready to send a gift either from the Send page.
Once you're prompted to provide your recipient's details, you'll see a section where you can use SmartMessage.
Simply provide a bit of context like who your recipient is, what the goal of the gift is and the tone of the message when prompted. Then click Create Message and see the message that is generated.
If you want to adjust the message, you can change the prompts below and click Create Message again until you see a message that you want to use. Click Use this message to paste it in your message to your recipient.

What kind of Sends is SmartMessage available for?
At this time, this feature is available for any send made through the Send page. So any physical or eGift that is available to send through the Send page. Stay tuned for SmartMessage for SmartSend and Marketplace sending!
Is there a limit to how many messages you can generate?
No! Adjust the prompts and click Create Message as many times as you like!
Am I able to edit the message or use only part of it?
Yes, once you copy/paste the message into the Message box or your own email you are able to edit the text as needed.
Is SmartMessage available for bulk/csv sending?
Not at this time! Check back later for updates!
