Sendoso-Sourced Crinkle Paper

Adding crinkle paper to a Campaign is a great way to ensure a unique unboxing experience for your recipients! 

In our Phoenix Sending Fulfillment Center, Sendoso is now sourcing all crinkle paper on behalf of our customers, so you'll no longer need to supply your own. Sendoso will also no longer be able to accept customer-sourced crinkle paper shipments to the Phoenix Sending Fulfillment Center.

With the introduction of Sendoso-sourced crinkle paper, customers will be able to experience a simpler order fulfillment process. This change enables our warehouse to operate more efficiently and means that you will no longer need to go through the hassle of sourcing your own crinkle paper.

Users can add crinkle paper at $2 per send.

* If you'd like either the lime or forest green color, please select Green in the drop-down menu and then specify which green you'd like in the packaging instructions when creating the campaign.

FAQs

• If your inventory is in the Phoenix Sending Fulfillment Center, this means that you'll no longer need to source your crinkle paper! Instead, you will be able to add Sendoso-sourced crinkle paper to your sends for a flat rate of $2 per send.

  Please do not send additional crinkle paper inventory to the Sending Fulfillment Center. If the Sending Fulfillment Center receives a shipment of crinkle paper, they will be returning the package to the sender.

• Since every order requires different amounts of crinkle paper, ordering the correct amount and keeping accurate inventory numbers was a challenge. By switching to Sendoso-sourced crinkle paper, each order will get the perfect amount and you will no longer have to worry about keeping crinkle paper in your inventory!
• At this time, we have the following colors available: Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Light Blue, Red, Orange, White, Black, Green, Yellow, and Purple. If none of these colors suit your needs, we recommend using white crinkle paper along with a sticker on the box or notecard to represent your brand.
• Currently, Sendoso-sourced crinkle paper will only be available in the Phoenix Sending Fulfillment Center. We definitely plan to have it available in all Sending Fulfillment Centers soon!

• Follow these steps to add crinkle paper to your bundle.

  1. Navigate to Products page under the Inventory tab and click on Bundles at the top

  

  2. Select + Create Bundle

  3. After naming your Bundle and selecting Phoenix Warehouse, and choosing the products to include in the bundle, check the Include Crinkle Paper box and select your desired color.

  

  4. If you have specific packing instructions, provide them in the box on the bottom-right.

  

  Click Save & Finish. Now you'll be able to add that Bundle to a new campaign.
