Sendoso, in partnership with Spur Experiences, lets customers send vouchers for live events like concerts and sports games, in addition to unique in person experiences. Recipients can redeem these for tickets or a personalized experience, making it ideal for corporate gifting and client engagement.
Redeeming a Spur experience voucher is just as easy as redeeming any other gift through Sendoso. Here are the steps to redeem a Spur Experience voucher:
- Check your email: You should receive an email from Spur Experiences that contains a digital voucher which includes a unique code and redemption instructions. These vouchers do not expire.
- Select an Experience: Go to the Spur Experiences website, a link should be in the email you received. Explore all of the experiences available in your area. Make sure the experience you choose is eligible for redemption based on the voucher you received.

Redeem your voucher: Once you select your experience, follow the prompts to begin the redemption process. You will need to create an account and a log in if you don't already have an account.
- Enter your voucher code that was provided in your email
- Follow the instructions to complete your booking. You may need to provide additional details such as preferred dates, times and participant details.
- Confirm and prepare: Once you successfully redeemed your voucher and booked your experience, you will receive a booking confirmation email. This email will include all of the details of your experience.
Things to note:
- It may take 1 - 2 business days to receive your voucher via email. Since an account is created for you by Spur Experience, there is a slight delay between when the gift is sent and when the email voucher is received.
- If you've been gifted a specific experience - once you create your Spur Experiences account using the link in the initial email, you should see the experience that was selected for you. However, if you'd like to either exchange or upgrade the experience, you may do so within your Spur Experiences account.
- Example: If you've been gifted $100 for NFL tickets, but you'd prefer to put that money towards $300 NBA tickets, you can do that! You'd just have to pay the $200 balance.
- If you are having trouble receiving the email voucher invite, go to the Spur Experiences website and submit a request directly with them to get logged in!
