  • Updated

Below is a list of items that our Sending Fulfillment Centers cannot store, along with a few examples of each.

In addition to these, please note that certain items are prohibited or restricted from being shipped, imported, and/or exported due to regulations and safety measures, either by country or carrier regulations. For more information regarding such items, click here

Items our SFCs cannot store:

  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Tobacco
  • Furniture
    • Personal Belongings
    • Couches
    • Chairs
    • Luggage

Note: While we cannot store perishables, we can store shelf-stable and non-temperature-controlled items, like snacks (nuts, etc).  Some things to keep in mind:

  • The warehouses are not climate-controlled
  • We do not package items with dry ice (therefore, cannot keep cold in transit)
  • We don’t check expiration dates. So we recommend ordering the exact quantity for your marketing campaign for a quick turnaround.
  • We don’t recommend sending anything that could melt (like chocolate chips); however, sending during the winter/cooler seasons should be fine, but this is very much a “send at your own risk” given the criteria above
  • High value breakable items (>$1,000 USD)
    • Drones
    • TVs and monitors over 32 inches
    • Laptop
    • Tablets
