Add a step to your sends that requires recipients to schedule time with you before their gift can be used or received. Meetings can be scheduled through Outreach, Salesloft, Calendly, Chili Piper, Groove, and HubSpot.
How do I use it
In your User Settings page, you'll see a field that enables you to save your calendar link. Simply paste your link in this field and save.
Also, when you go to send a gift, you'll see where to enable the requirement to book a meeting at the bottom of the page.
Requiring a Meeting at the Campaign Level
If you're a Manager or Admin user, you will have the ability to require a meeting for every send associated with a specific campaign. To set this up, you will need to use the new campaign creation flow.
After you've selected the gifts to include in the campaign, you'll select Require Meeting to Send under the Send Attributes section. This will require every recipient to schedule a meeting with the sender before the gift is sent.
What the recipient will receive
Depending on the options selected at the time of the send, the recipient's experience will differ. If the sender is sending a “Generated Link” and including it in their own communication, the recipient will be sent directly to the landing page where they will be asked to schedule a meeting as seen below:
They will be prompted to book a meeting and when the meeting is set, they will be taken to a page to redeem the gift. If the gift is an eGift, they will be able to redeem it immediately.

Q: My Outreach calendar link is not accepted, what do I do?
A: Outreach instances use specific sub-domains and thus, the base URL must be added to the approved list for each customer. To enable support for your organization's Outreach calendar please provide a sample meeting link to your CS resource or our Support team.
