How do I register my account?

Welcome to Sendoso!

When you receive an invite to register your account, click the link to fill out the Sign-up form. Enter your name, and work email, and select your department and role.

You'll also want to make sure you create a strong password. It must include a minimum of twelve characters, including; one upper case letter, a number, and a special character such as ‘%!&$.’

Please note that you will have to type out your password as our form does not recognize password values that are entered using “password suggestions”/autofill.

Once you complete the Sign-up form, if your organization has MFA enabled, you will receive a prompt to scan a unique QR code and set it up with your preferred method.

You will be asked to save a recovery code which will allow you to sign in if
you lose or change your MFA device.

Then, you'll be redirected to the login page below:

After you enter your login credentials, you’ll be taken to your Sendoso dashboard so you can start sending!
