How do I setup Multi-Factor Authentication?

  • Updated

To keep your account secure, Sendoso requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all customers. MFA is enabled by default using a one-time passcode (OTP) authenticator app.

Note: This does not apply to customers who have Single Sign-On (SSO) configured.

What You'll Need

An authenticator app installed on your mobile device (e.g., Google Authenticator, Auth0, 1Password, etc).

Setup Steps

Step 1: Enter Your Password

Log in to Sendoso with your email and password, then click Continue.

Step 2: Scan the QR Code

On the Secure Your Account screen:

  1. Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed.
  2. If you can't scan the QR code, click Trouble Scanning? to get a manual entry code.
  3. Enter the one-time code generated by your app.
  4. Click Continue.

Step 3: Save Your Recovery Code

On the Almost There! screen:

  1. Copy your recovery code and store it somewhere safe (e.g., a password manager).
  2. Check the box confirming "I have safely recorded this code."
  3. Click Continue.

Important: This code is your backup if you ever lose access to your authenticator app. Treat it like a password.

Locked Out or Need to Reset MFA?

If you lose access to your authenticator app, for example, after switching phones or getting a new device, contact the Sendoso Customer Support team to reset your MFA.
