Introduction
Sendoso is pleased to provide a SurveyMonkey integration! Now, you are able to automatically send physical gifts whenever a survey is submitted. Use Sendoso to create rewards and incentives for survey respondents. Sendoso will automatically send recipients physical swag or gifts.

You need to have a paid subscription with SurveyMonkey to enable the integration, any license level will work.
How to Sync SurveyMonkey
To setup, please follow the below steps:
1. Download the Sendoso app from SurveyMonkey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/apps/EDmrTxQorVzW70pkbi3Vmg_3D_3D/details/
2. In Sendoso, head to the Integrations page
3. Scroll to find SurveyMonkey on the Integrations page and click Learn More
5. Click Sync SurveyMonkey and log into your account to sync
6. You'll see a green Synced dot once the account is linked with your Sendoso account
Creating a SurveyMonkey Automation
Once you've linked your SurveyMonkey account, you can now create an automation that will send recipients a gift once they complete a survey. Here are the steps:
1. Create a campaign for the gift you'd like to send your recipients. Once your campaign is configured, head to the Automations page under the Configure tab.
2. Click +Create Automation at the top and select the campaign you made for your survey
3. Select SurveyMonkey from the list of integrations
4. On this page, you'll search for the name of the survey you'd like to trigger this automation. Once you select the survey, you'll need to map the necessary fields.
These will pull in from the survey questions, so make sure your survey at least asks for first name, last name, and email address. If you're sending a physical gift, be sure to ask for their street address, city, state and country.
Click Save & Continue
5. On this page, you'll set up the delivery and trigger notifications and email and/or notecard templates.
6. Click Save & Continue to review the automation set up. Click Save & Activate if everything looks good!
That's it! You've set up a SurveyMonkey automation!
Best Practices
- Make sure your survey gathers all of the information needed to send a gift in separate fields! Things like first name, last name, email address - at minimum!

If you're sending a physical gift, you may want to ask for their shipping address if you don't want to use Address Confirmation. If you'd like to use Address Confirmation instead of asking for that information on your survey, click that option when setting up the automation.
- If your campaign contains multiple gifts for your recipients to choose from, Address Confirmation will be automatically enabled and included in the email that asks which gift they'd like to receive.
