With the new G2 + Sendoso Integration, you can now incentivize reviews with gifts from the Sendoso platform. Seamlessly integrate Sendoso’s email gifting flow with G2 to create a new way of driving motivation for reviewers. With this integration, you can:
- Delight customers with tangible gifts
- Diversify review collection incentives
- Re-engage potential reviewers
How to Set-up
During this process, you'll be navigating between my.g2 and Sendoso
In Sendoso
1. Create a Sendoso Campaign to collect reviews for G2
Select the type of campaign you'd like to connect to G2. For eGifts, choose Sendoso Choice
Select the currency, the amount and eGift type you'd like to send to reviewers
Name your campaign and fill out the other details. Make sure to select Manual when asked how you'd like the campaign to be sent
Select the funding source and assign the campaign to the appropriate teams
Continue through the campaign creation process and click Create to save!
In G2
1. Open the integrations page in my.g2
- Click on the Sendoso tile
- Click authenticate, give permissions
- Sign in to Sendoso, and authorize
2. The Integration will pull in all existing Sendoso campaigns in the ‘Campaign Name’ tab
Click Save after adding the Sendoso campaign created earlier
3. Reach out to your G2 rep to activate the landing page
4. Use the landing page URL to source reviews through email campaigns!
How it works
Once your G2 rep has activated the landing page, reviewers will be able to receive a reward for providing reviews upon moderator approval.
Once G2 approves the review and incentive (typically within 4-5 days), the reviewer will receive an email from Sendoso with their gift offer.
All gift activity notifications will go to the person who connected the integration. If you want to change who receives those notifications, disconnect the integration and have that person go through the steps above.
