With our new Send Tracker, there is more transparency than ever on the journey of your Send.
When you click into a Send's details page, you'll be able to view all of the following information about each Send:
- Send ID
- Send Status
- Tracking information and Address Confirmation links
- Reason for Send Failure, if applicable
- The message that was included to the recipient
- Send Info (gift type, Campaign, Sender and Sender Team)
- Recipient Info (Name, email address, address confirmation)
- Gift details (what was included in the Send)
- A log of updates
- Send cost
To get to the Send Details page, click on the 3 dots to the right of the Send.
The next page will display all of the information mentioned above.
