Send Details Page

With our new Send Tracker, there is more transparency than ever on the journey of your Send.

When you click into a Send's details page, you'll be able to view all of the following information about each Send:

1. Send ID
2. Send Status
3. Tracking information and Address Confirmation links
4. Reason for Send Failure, if applicable
5. The message that was included to the recipient
6. Send Info (gift type, Campaign, Sender and Sender Team)
7. Recipient Info (Name, email address, address confirmation)
8. Gift details (what was included in the Send)
9. A log of updates
10. Send cost

To get to the Send Details page, click on the 3 dots to the right of the Send.

The next page will display all of the information mentioned above.
