Custom memo field on Sends

It would be helpful to have a custom Memo field on a Send, available internally only, where one could enter a PO or project number/name or any other relevant information. From an admin perspective, it would make it much easier to determine which sends relate to which projects (and in turn which billing codes), especially when there may be multiple projects/purposes under one campaign header.
