Community Feedback Forum Guidelines Pinned Featured

The goal of the Community Forum is to facilitate productive discussions and to provide community members with a way to give feedback on Sendoso’s offerings. Sendoso wants Community Forum members to interact with one another safely and respectfully. As such, here are the rules and guidelines for participating in the Community Forum:

• Be Respectful. Members should always engage in respectful and courteous communication, avoiding insults, harassment, or demeaning language.
• No hate speech or discrimination. Content promoting hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability is strictly prohibited.
• Privacy. Members must respect the privacy of others and not share personal information without consent.
• No spam. Excessive posting of self-promotional material, spam, or irrelevant content is prohibited.
• Content relevance. Posts and discussions should be relevant to the community’s purpose and topics.
• No illegal activities. Discussions or content promoting illegal activities, including piracy, illicit drug use, or other unlawful conduct, are forbidden
• No explicit content. Sharing explicit, adult, or NSFW (not safe for work) content is not permitted.

How to report rule violations

If you believe any post, comment or interaction violates these guidelines, please email training@sendoso.com with your report. Include the URL where the violation can be found and a member of the Sendoso team will follow up with you.

Moderator Rights

The moderators of this Community Forum have the right to remove or edit any post that violates these guidelines with or without advance notice. Each post is subject to review before being posted on the forum and may be removed before the comment or post goes live.
