How do I know if I need more seats?

It’s now easier than ever to know whether you’ve gone over your allotment of seats on your Sendoso plan.

If you’re over the number of seats you have purchased when you navigate to your Team Settings page within your account, you’ll be able to see how many licenses you’ve used and a banner that will allow you to request more seats.

To this banner, simply click Users at the top and you’ll see that banner. It should look something like this:


From here, you’ll also be able to request more seats. Clicking the Request more seats link will direct you to open a request with your CSM.
