You're able to change the theme of an eGift email if your manager or admin set up the Campaign to enable you to do so.
If changing the theme of the email is an option, this is what it will look like when you go to initiate the send.
At the top of the Send page, you'll be able to see a Change theme link.
When you click Change theme, a window will appear with other theme options.
After you select the theme you'd like to use, click Apply theme. After which you'll be able to preview the email before sending it by clicking See live preview at the bottom of the page.
If you are unable to see the option to Change theme, we recommend that you speak to your manager or admin about adjusting the Touch to enable you to choose the theme.
