Within the Marketplace, we offer the ability to add customization to products for direct to recipient sending through our global vendor network. Below are the details regarding our Branded Marketplace and Marketplace Custom Campaign options. Depending on your specific customization requirements and potential minimum order quantities (MOQs), either path can be leveraged to meet your customization needs.
Branded Marketplace consists of a selection of logo brandable items carrying no MOQ that are accessible directly within the Marketplace.
Marketplace Custom Campaigns offers access to a much wider range of Vendor partners and their customization options - not all of which are shown within the Marketplace catalogue page. These expanded options are tailored to meet more complex needs and larger, more personalized Campaigns - while still utilising the direct-to-recipient service of the Marketplace.
Branded Marketplace Offering & Process
In the Marketplace catalogue page, you'll find items which can be branded with a chosen logo. Options are available for an array of gift types and locations.
To easily find which options allow for logo branding on demand, click on the Notable Features dropdown on the left-hand side and select Customizable.
Once you’ve found an appropriate item, click the Customize button on the product's page. You'll be re-directed to fill out a request form and start the setup process.
Our team will let you know once the chosen item has been set up in your account, ready to send. From there, you'll be able to create a Campaign with the custom item, as you can with any other Marketplace item.

Marketplace Custom Campaigns Offering & Process
Creating a Marketplace Custom Campaign allows you to customize products from our Marketplace catalog with your company logo or other branding elements. Sendoso offers a range of Vendor Partners who offer various customization options at scale, created and shipped directly from our Marketplace Vendor partner to recipients.
Costs and lead times vary by vendor and customization type. While some options can be sent on-demand in single units, most vendors require a minimum order quantity (MOQ). MOQs typically range from 10-50 units, spending on the Vendor.
