Below are answers to some frequently asked questions about Sendoso Direct. If you have any additional questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team!

How quickly will the vendor ship my item?

The shipping time for items vary by vendor, and items you wish to send. The easiest way to estimate shipping time is to find the Shipping Details on the Send page. Within the details, you will be able to see more information on the shipping days and estimated timeframes.

What happens if I want to cancel a Direct Send?

Since third-party vendors fulfill Direct Sends, time is of the essence to cancel.

Typically, you can cancel your Send within a few minutes of placing the order. However, should you find that you are no longer able to click the "Cancel Send" button, you will need to reach out to the Send Squad and chat as soon as possible. 

Keep in mind, you can access the Support Chat anywhere you see this button at the bottom of the page.

Can I get a refund for a Direct Send that doesn't arrive at the recipient's address?

There are several reasons why a package may not arrive at a recipient's location (incorrect address, missing suite number, lost in transit, or stolen.) Sendoso is not responsible for the send once it's in the hands of the carrier. 

For this reason, we do not issue refunds for Sends that do not arrive at a recipient's address.

Are Direct Sends available internationally?

While not all of our Direct Sends can be sent internationally, we do have a number of international vendor options. If you're setting up a Direct Campaign, you'll be able to filter the vendor options to include items that can be shipped internationally.

Simply expand the Ship to location menu on the left side of the page.

Can I trigger Direct Sends?

You can! You can set up the trigger when you're setting up the Direct Send Campaign. Check out this article: Setting up a Salesforce Triggered Campaign.

Can I use Meeting Scheduler with Direct Sends?

Not right now. Currently, Meeting Scheduler is designed to work for Sendoso Choice (eGifts.)

Can I send alcohol through Sendoso Direct?

Absolutely, however, not every state, region, or zip code allows the shipping of alcohol. On the whole, restrictions vary by vendor.

There are restrictions on shipping to states where prohibited (Oklahoma, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Utah, New Hampshire, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Delaware), as well as certain specific zip codes that will apply. 

If you're creating a Sendoso Direct Campaign, be sure to check the details when you go to select your item.
