Introduction
Ambassador is a customer lifecycle and advocacy platform that turns customers, partners, and affiliates into a structured, attributed growth channel.
The Sendoso integration lets Ambassador customers reward referrals, milestones, and partner activity with physical gifts and experiences from their own Sendoso marketplace, instead of being limited to gift cards or cash payouts.
Affiliates and partners pick a gift inside the Ambassador portal, Sendoso ships it directly, and delivery status streams back into Ambassador automatically.
Connecting Ambassador and Sendoso
1. Connect your Sendoso account to Ambassador via one-click OAuth.
In the Ambassador admin, go to Open Integrations → External Apps, find the Sendoso card, and click Connect. Authorize Ambassador on Sendoso’s OAuth screen.
2. Sync your Sendoso marketplace into Ambassador and curate which items to expose to your audience.
On the Sendoso configuration page, pick the Sendoso categories, price range, and ship-to countries you want surfaced as rewardable items, then save.
3. Click Sync catalog to pull your filtered Sendoso marketplace into your Ambassador rewards catalog.
4. Go to the Webhooks page in Sendoso. Click Request Webhooks Credentials button. Copy the Webhook URL and paste it into your browser.
5. Click Add Endpoint and fill out the information. Use the Ambassador webhook URL on this page. Once the endpoint is added, you'll then grab the Signing Secret and paste it into the Sendoso app in Ambassador.
6. Reward referrals and partner activity with physical gifts. Recipients pick from your catalog, Sendoso ships, and delivery status updates inside Ambassador automatically.
