The recipient theme generator is a new way to create branded landing pages and gift offer emails using the power of AI. Easily configure themes for every campaign by either providing a prompt with a description of your campaign or having the theme generator use your company’s branding to create a theme in seconds.
Key Features:
- Company-brand-based theme generation: Pulls your team's company name, looks up the brand (logo, colors, description) on the web, and generates an on-brand background image with matching accent colors.
- Prompt-based theme generation: Simply describe the theme you want in plain language ("modern, navy and gold, executive event") and Oso generates a matching background image, accent color, and theme name.
- Redesigned Themes page: Themes moved under the Configure tab and the preview tiles reflect the themes that you already created.
Adding your Company Logo and Profile Picture
Before you create the theme, it's important to set up your branding and profile picture in your settings so that your organization's signature is configured in your Sendoso emails and landing pages.

Creating a Theme
To get started, click on Themes link under the Configure tab at the top of your Sendoso account.
There are three ways to create a theme:
- Generated from your brand: AI will search the web for your company's branding info (images, colors, logo, etc) and create a theme with those components. You can always edit the theme once generated.
- Generated from a provided prompt: Submit a description of what you're looking for in a theme and AI will create a background image and pick colors that fit your brand. You can always edit the theme once generated.
- Manually: Choose your colors, images, logo manually.
Editing a Theme
After you've selected how you'd like to create the theme, you'll land
Preview how your theme looks at each recipient touch point by clicking through the tabs at the top of the page.
Assigning a Theme
Once you're done adjusting the design of your landing page and emails, click next at the bottom to assign this theme to the appropriate teams.
You can also set up some override settings to ensure the theme is being used by your Senders.
FAQs
What's the difference between the customization center and the recipient theme generator?
The Recipient Theme generator uses AI to help you create themes quickly. It has an image generator so you don't have to search for the perfect background image for your landing pages. The Customization center does not have the AI component.
How many themes can I create?
This depends on your plan. If you have any questions about your plan, reach out to your account management resource.
Where does the brand color and logo data come from?
The AI will search the web for your company's branding assets and apply them to the theme. That means you don't have to spend time finding, downloading and resizing your branded images.
Is my company data being used to train AI?
Your company data isn't used to train any external AI model. We're using these tools to generate output for you, not feeding your information into model training. If your team has specific data residency or AI governance questions, you can reference our AI Security FAQs.
What if the AI generates a background image we don't like?
You can always ask it to regenerate the image, or upload your own! The AI generated themes are customizable, so feel free to regenerate until it creates the perfect image.

Yes! This feature is available for all plans!
I don't see the theme generator, where is it?
The Recipient Theme Generator is available for Managers and Admins. If your role is Sender, you won't have access to this tool. If you have questions about your role, please reach out to a Sendoso admin at your organization to check your role and permissions.
