The new Sendoso Dashboard gives admins and managers an instant snapshot of their gifting program: spend, engagement, top campaigns, top senders, pending approvals, and recipient feedback.
For Senders, you will get a snapshot of your most recent activity and how your recipients have responded. You will not see the same account/team-wide information on your Dashboard.
The Sendoso Dashboard will be where you land every time you log in.
Here is a breakdown of every section of the Dashboard:
Metrics Overview
Sends: Total number of Sends in the chosen date range for your entire account, department, or team. This does not include failed sends.
Total Spend: Total $ spent on Sends in the chosen date range for your entire account, department, or team.
AVG Engagement Rate: The average engagement rate across all teams (total redemptions/total sends).
AVG Campaign Spend: The average $ amount spent per campaign.
How to adjust the date range: Click the filtering icon in the top-right corner of the tile. You can filter this data to reflect up to 90 days worth of Sends. You can also select specific send-types to filter your view.
Most Recently Sent Items
Shows all of the campaigns that have been sent recently. Click on any of these to quickly send again.
Send Tracker
Shows recent items in the Send Tracker. What you see here depends on your specific role and permissions.
You can also easily view sends that are pending approval.
Team Stats
Top 5 teams by number of Sends (All-time data)
Top Senders and Campaigns
Senders: Top 5 senders by number of Sends (All-time data)
Campaigns: Top 5 campaigns by number of Sends (All-time data)
User Management and Recipient Feedback
User Management: List of users by activity date. You can also see all of your outstanding invitations.
Recipient Feedback: Recipient feedback along with the details about the item that was sent and who sent it
