The Sendoso and Rippling integration allows you to automate your HR Campaigns for employee milestones, like work anniversaries, birthdays, and new hire dates. It also enables you to use Rippling as your SSO provider (optional).
How to Connect Rippling with Sendoso
Before you connect to Rippling, make sure that you have admin access in Rippling and that your employees' records are up to date.
You'll find where to connect Rippling on the Integrations page of Sendoso. Open the menu on the right and find Integrations.
Then scroll down until you see Rippling and click Learn More.
Click the orange Initiate the Integration button. Next, you’ll walk through an authentication process that will connect Sendoso to your HR tool instance. You will be directed to log in to Rippling and grant Sendoso access.
When you exit out of the confirmation window, the page will refresh, and you’ll be synced!
Once you've connected Rippling, you can set up an automation to trigger gifts based on New Hire, Birthdays, and Anniversaries.
How to Use Rippling SSO (Optional)
If you'd like to use Rippling as your SSO provider with Sendoso, you'll need to configure the SSO settings in Rippling while installing the app.
After you've completed the SSO settings, please contact our support team to complete the setup.

Changes usually sync within 5 minutes, but the daily sync ensures nothing is missed.
How do I know that the data is correct?
Rippling is the source of truth. So long as employee information is correct in Rippling, it will be correct in Sendoso.
Will Sendoso update employee profiles in Rippling?
No, Sendoso will not make any changes to employee profiles.
