Managing Billing and Receipts on Sendoso's Free Account

To manage all things billing and receipts related, navigate to the Account Balance tab. Here you have a few different views and functionality.

First, at the top of the page, you will see the “Available Credits” and “Amount Spent” widgets.

Available credits refers to the amount of money in your account that is from unused eGifts and undelivered or canceled physical sends. This money is automatically applied to future sends.

Amount Spent refers to the total amount spent by your entire team.

On the Plan and Billing tab, you can also view your current plan and add or replace the credit card on file. Anyone on your team could do this.

For a more detailed breakdown of spending, navigate to the Invoices and Receipts tab. Here you will see a per-transaction breakdown of spending or a monthly breakdown of your whole team’s spending.
