How do I hide Account Balance from my senders?

For some of the teams, you may decide not to leverage the user Account Balance to control their spend. Instead, all spend directly charged to the team's funding source. In this case, the $0 balance may confuse your senders. 

Hide Account Balance from Senders

For the Chrome Extension Only, senders can still see a $0 balance in Sendoso.com

Step 1 - Navigate to the Teams & Users page by clicking Team Settings under the menu icon in the top-right corner

Step 2 - Locate the team for which you'd like to hide the user account balance in the Teams tab

Step 3 - Click the three dots to the right of the team you'd like to edit and select Team Settings

Step 4 - Uncheck the box next to Show User Account Balance in Chrome Extension

Step 5 - Click Done
