Requiring Approval on Campaigns

To give your team more control over gifting activity, we’ve introduced an optional campaign approval layer! Enabled on the campaign level, this feature places all sends into pending approval after a user sends a gift.

How to Enable

This feature is only available in the NEW campaign creation flow

After selecting your gifts and setting your campaign details, on the Teams and Limits page, you'll see the checkbox to enable Require Approval!

Sender Experience

After a sender places a send, they'll be met with a success message letting them know the send is pending approval.

Approval Flow

To approve sends, navigate to the Send Tracker page and click Pending Approval at the top. From there, you'll be able to review, approve, and update Sends in this queue.

Please note that the standard eGift statuses will apply with this flow.
