Your Campaigns page is where you can manage all active Campaigns. If you want to clean up your Campaigns page, you're able to archive unused Campaigns.
Campaigns used to be called "Touches". Read about the change here.
On the other hand, if you want to reactivate any archived Campaigns, you can do that from this page as well. This article will go through both scenarios!
Archiving a Campaign
Archiving a Campaign is a great way to ensure that your Senders only have access to the Campaigns you want them to Send. Please note that if, during the Campaign creation, you selected an End Date for the Campaign, your Campaign will be archived after the date you selected.
To archive a Campaign, click the Campaigns tab.
1. Select the three dots to the right of the Campaign you’d like to delete and then click Archive.
Clicking Archive will remove the Campaign from the main page and it will only be accessible when you click Archived at the top of the page.
Bulk Archiving Campaigns
To bulk archive campaigns, navigate to the "Active," "Action Required," or "Draft" Campaigns pages. From there, you can easily select multiple campaigns by checking the boxes next to each one. If you want to archive all campaigns displayed on the page, simply click the checkbox in the top left-hand corner. Once you've made your selections, click "Archive" under the Actions menu. A pop-up window will appear to confirm your action.
Deleting a Campaign
If you'd like to remove the Campaign from the page altogether, you're able to delete specific Campaigns. Here's how to delete a Campaign:
1. From the Campaigns page, select the three dots to the right of the Campaign you’d like to delete and then click Edit.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Edit page and then click on the three dots in the left-hand corner and select Delete.
Reactivating an Archived Campaign
If you would like to reactivate an archived Campaign, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Archive section.
- Select the three dots to the right of the Campaign you’d like to reactivate
- Click Reactivate
This will remove the end date from the Campaign settings and move the Campaign status from Archived to Active.
