Sendoso now requires customers to reset their passwords every 90 days if their organization does not use SSO. If you have not reset your password within the last 90 days, you will see this screen when attempting to log in:
Once you submit your email address, you'll receive the following email with a link for next steps:
If you've simply forgotten your Sendoso account password, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to app.sendoso.com and click "Forgot password?"
- Enter the email address you used to register your account, then click continue.
- You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Follow the prompts in the email to complete the password reset process.
- If you encounter any issues, please contact our Support team.
- If you use SSO, please contact your organization's IT team.
