The User Spending Limit is the amount of money allotted to you by your manager or admin. The Account Balance is displayed at the top right of your screen when you’re logged into Sendoso.
Who can manage my User Account Balance?
Manager + Admin users have access to set a monthly or quarterly refresh or rollover to your User Account Balance on the Account Balance page. The refresh or rollover happens on the 1st of each calendar month or quarterly, depending on the settings your admin has set up.
