Editing an Existing Campaign

If you need to edit a Campaign for whatever reason, you're able to do so from your Campaigns tab on the platform. For a detailed step-by-step for updating Campaigns, click here.

Campaigns used to be called "Touches". Read about the change here

Simply click the three dots to the right of the row of the Campaign you'd like to edit.

You'll then be taken through the Campaign creation flow, similar to the one you completed when you first created the Campaign. Don't forget to click Finish at the end!

Please keep in mind that you will not be able to change the Campaign type of an existing Campaign. For example, you cannot change a Single Item Campaign to a BYO Box Campaign. If you try to change the Campaign type, you'll receive this error message:

We recommend creating a brand new Campaign if you need to change the type!

Editing a Campaign

Here's a step-by-step below: 

Step One: Select the campaign that you want to revise and click "Edit"

Step Two: Click Next at the bottom of the following page. Again, please note that you cannot edit the Campaign type. 

Step Three: Continue the setup process as usual, follow the setup all the way through and update any fields that you need to along the way. You can update Send Details, Campaign Details, Tracking, and the groups/teams the Campaign is assigned to.

The most important thing to update here is the template (If applicable). Make sure to update your messaging to reflect the new gift option.

Last step: Complete the campaign setup to update the trigger. Now all new triggers for this campaign will send your newly selected gift option!
