Editing an Existing Campaign

If you need to edit a Campaign for whatever reason, you're able to do so from your Configure tab through the Campaigns Link on the platform. 

Simply click the three dots to the right of the row of the Campaign you'd like to edit.

Here's a step-by-step below: 

Step One: Select the campaign that you want to revise and click "Edit"

Step Two: Click through the steps on the left of the page until you get to the page you need to edit.

Step Three: Click Save & Continue

Editing an eGift amount

If you need to change the eGift card amount in an existing campaign, follow these steps:

1. Open the campaign and access the three-dot menu.
2. Select “Change collection.”
3. Choose the desired collection or item with the correct value (e.g., a $50 Uber Eats option).
4. If you only see the “Remove from campaign” option, first remove the existing collection, then add the new collection with the desired amount.
5. Save your changes by completing the selection screen. You can confirm the update by re-editing the campaign to verify the new value.
