The Influitive integration allows Sendoso to fulfill any reward (eGift Card or physically mailed gift) requests from Influitive. Please complete the following steps to integrate Sendoso with your Influitive rewards.
*IMPORTANT* - Contact your Influitive CSM first and make sure they have set up the Sendoso integration and sync'd your account on the backend first. This is important otherwise the Fulfilled by Sendoso section will not show up.
Note: The Influitive integration only supports sending physical gifts or eGifts that are restricted to a single eGift. Sendoso Choice is not compatible with Influitive at this time.
1.) To get started, click into the Create Campaign section and create a new campaign:
2.) Select what you would like to send and set the campaign type to "Triggered sending based on Integration:"
3.) Ensure that these two options are not enabled in the campaign (touch) setup:
4.) Select Influitive:
5.) If the reward is an eGift then:
5.1) Select the template which will be the custom message included in the email alongside the eGift link.
5.2) Copy or write down the Touch ID (you will NEED to use this later when you set up the Reward in Influitive):
5.3) (optional) Download the eGift Card image which you can use later when you set up the Reward in Influitive. Note: if you are sending a "Coffee" eGift (or other multiple choice eGift like lunch, experiences, etc) that gives the recipient a choice to select then there will be no specific gift card image.
When you click on Download it'll open the image in a new Tab and then you can "Save Image As"
6. If the reward is a physically mailed gift then:
6.1) Select the template which will be the custom handwritten notecard or printed notecard.
6.2) (optional) Checkbox if you want the recipient to receive an email with a tracking link and delivery confirmation email.
6.3) (optional) If you or others on your team also want to get shipped and delivery confirmation emails then enter in the email(s).
6.4) Copy or write down the Touch ID (you will NEED to use this later when you set up the Reward in Influitive):
6.5) If your Reward has multiple styles (i.e. a Tshirt with various sizes) then copy or write down this EXACT text, (you will NEED to use this later when you set up the Reward in Influitive):
*Note - to successfully pass shirt size from Influitive to Sendoso, make sure you created a BYO Box touch*
7.) Click Next and then the last step is an optional tracking step if you want to sync rewards sent back to Salesforce.

8.) Configuring physical gifts in Influitive:
8.1) In Influitive, create a new Reward.
8.2) Fulfillment, select "Manual"
8.3) Headline, in the "Auto Fulfillment Data" section:
- Provider: Sendoso
- Type (Optional): Type of Reward
- SKU: Campaign (touch) ID
8.4) Additionally, you can add a personal message - a custom message that would be delivered to the advocate. You can use the following merge field syntax to customize the message.
- First Name: {{first_name}}
- Last Name: {{last_name}}
- Company: {{company}}
8.5) Lastly, Ensure that the "Shipping Information" checkbox is checked for the reward in the "redeeming" tab. This will force the advocate to provide their shipping address upon redemption.
9.) Configuring eGifts rewards in Influitive
9.1) If the reward is an eGift (like a coffee gift card, an experience, etc.) the following details are to be filled out in the Auto Fulfillment Data section:
- Provider: Sendoso
- Type: egift | dollar amount
- SKU: Campaign (touch) ID
9.2) Additionally, you can add a personal message - a custom message that would be delivered to the advocate. You can use the following syntax for advocate fields.
- First Name: {{first_name}}
- Last Name: {{last_name}}
- Company: {{company}}
9.3) Lastly, for eGifts, ensure that the "Shipping Information" checkbox is unchecked
10.) Configuring a styled product in Influitive (ex: Tshirts)
Stylized products can be used so that the advocate has an option to select which reward to choose. This is particularly useful for clothing where ideally there are options for sizing (S, M, L, XL, etc.)
10.1) If the reward is a special stylized product bundle, the following details are to be filled out in the Auto Fulfillment Data section:
- Provider: Sendoso
- Type (Optional): Type of Reward
- SKU: Campaign (touch) ID
10.2) Additionally, you can add a personal message - a custom message that would be delivered to the advocate. You can use the following syntax for advocate fields.
- First Name: {{first_name}}
- Last Name: {{last_name}}
- Company: {{company}}
10.3) Lastly, in the Reward setup, a custom question needs to be created with the name "Options". Paste in the exact text from Sendoso:

11.) Once a reward is claimed by an Advocate all you have to do is click "Review"
