The Send Again feature allows you to quickly resend gift offers that encountered issues without having to recreate the entire send. This makes recovering from failed or canceled sends faster and easier, ensuring your recipients still get their gifts and no opportunity is missed.
When to use Send Again
- Prospect ghosted and then came back? → No hard feelings—Send Again!
- Insufficient funds? → Update the funding source and Send Again.
- Offer expired? → No problem—Send Again!
- Send canceled by mistake? → Oops! Just Send Again.
How It Works
Here's a quick video overview:
You’ll find Send Again option in two places:
- Send Tracker → In the Actions column next to eligible sends.
- Send Details Page → A Send Again button will appear at the top for eligible sends.
When you click Send Again, the platform will:
- Pre-fill the original send details (excluding confirmed addresses)
- Let you make any necessary edits (e.g., update recipient info, adjust the note message).

FAQs
Will I be charged again if I use Send Again?
Yes, Send Again creates a new send, so it will either use the original sender’s balance or charge the campaign’s current funding source.
Can I edit the send details when using Send Again?
Yes! You can modify recipient information, such as their name or message, before confirming the new send.
Can I disable/enable Address Confirmation?
If the original send had Address Confirmation enabled, it will automatically be applied to the new send when using Send Again.
What if I generated an offer link instead of sending via email?
You will receive a copy of the generated offer link via email, and you can also retrieve it from the Send Details page in the Send Tracker.
Can I use Send Again in bulk?
Currently, Send Again can only be used to resend individual sends.
