Open Influenced Pipeline
Type: Campaigns with Influenced Opportunities
Logic: Salesforce campaign name contains Sendoso or campaign type is direct mail
Notes: Make sure it only shows Opportunities that are open and then add in the “ARR/What you use to track pipeline” into the grouping portion
Closed Won Influenced Pipeline
Type: Campaigns with Influenced Opportunities
Logic: Salesforce campaign name contains Sendoso or campaign type is direct mail
Notes: Make sure it only shows Opportunities that have been closed-won and add “ARR/What you use to track closed won” into the grouping section to pull in Closed Won Revenue. Summarize by Closed Won
Contacts in Influenced Campaigns
Type: Campaigns with Campaign Members
Logic: Salesforce campaign name contains Sendoso or campaign type is direct mail
Notes: Make sure to group by contacts in Campaign and then Summarize the campaign members
Actual ROI Tracking
Type: Campaigns
Logic: Salesforce campaign name contains Sendoso or campaign type is direct mail
Notes: Make sure to pull in Actual cost in campaign and Value won in the campaign and include a chart to be able to pull over
Influenced Closed Won By Channel
Type: Campaigns with Opportunities
Logic: Campaign type equal to and then use picklist to select the types of channels you want to track
Notes: Add in “Closed ARR” - This will show closed-won by marketing channel
