How do I invite a user with a different email domain to my account?

  • Updated

When attempting to invite users with various email domains, you may receive an error message stating that the email domain of the invited users needs to be the same as yours. There is a way to disable these security features within your User Settings page.

To navigate to the User Settings page, click the menu icon in the top-right corner of your account. At the top of the menu that appears, click the User Settings link.

Scroll down to the bottom of this page and you'll see a checkbox under User Invites. Simply uncheck this box.

Once this box is unchecked, you'll be able to invite users with alternate email domains to your account.
