Campaign Overview

  • Updated

A Campaign is a configured Send available for Senders within your Sendoso account. Once you set up a Campaign, your Senders will be able to initiate Sends to recipients from their end of the platform. Only Admin and Manager Sendoso users can create Campaigns.

Any physical items must be sent to one of our Sending Fulfillment Centers before creating the Campaign. Here's a best practice guide on how to send items to our Sending Fulfillment Centers.

Campaigns can be manual or triggered. Manual Campaigns need to be physically initiated by a Sender. Triggered Campaigns are set up through one of our many integrations and do not require a Sender to initiate the Send.

For more information on our integrations, click here. However, we would recommend you review these articles first to get a general sense of the Campaign creation process and then move on to review the integrations articles.

First, you'll need to log in, navigate to the Campaigns tab, and click the + Create Campaign option.

  1. New Campaign Creation Flow: With our new campaign creation flow, you can create any type of campaign (eGift, Direct Marketplace, Inventory) in one place and allow the recipient to choose which gift they'd like.

Amazon campaigns will need to be managed within the legacy flows noted below.

Types of Campaigns (Legacy)

  1. Sendoso Choice: eGifts sends
  2. Sendoso Direct: Products and experiences from select vendors from our Marketplace
