Campaigns used to be called "Touches". Read about the change here.
Sendoso offers even more customization options with the Additional details section when you create or edit a Touch. The newest options include the ability to:
- Only show Touch to Sender if the recipient hasn't received the same Touch in # of days.
- Only enable each Sender to send # quantity of the Touch.
- Hide Touch $ amount from Sender.
- Option to disable sending to PO Boxes.
- Sending to PO Boxes will require the shipment to go out using USPS only.
- Require Signature
- Add an additional field on send page
To set these options up, create a new Touch and then click through until you get to the Touch Details step then on +Additional details to see the options:
Limit Numbers for this Touch: Select how many times a recipient can receive this Touch. The Touch will only display on the Sender's side if the recipient hasn't received the Touch in how many days you select. This is only available for manual touches and not triggered touches.
Quantity Limits: Only enable each Sender to send this Touch this number of times
Duration for Touch: This is when the sending limit resets. Choose from 7, 30 or 90 days.
Example: The above screenshot explains only 10 quantities of the touch can be sent twice a week.
Example: The Quantity Limits set to "0" means no limitation rules on quantity limits whatsoever.
Here are the other options you can choose from:
Set Limits for Teams instead of Users: Use this if you want to only apply these limits to specific teams rather than every user.
Hide Dollar Amount from Sender: Selecting this will ensure the Sender is not aware of how much the Touch costs.
Do not Allow Sending to PO Boxes: Prohibit this Touch from being sent to PO box addresses. If the recipient's address is a PO Box, it will only be shipped out using USPS.
Once the touch is set up, senders will be able to send & see that touch under send page. Once the quantity limit exceeds it will disappear as a sending option.
Require Signature: Selecting this will require the recipient to be present for delivery.
Add Additional Field on Send page: Selecting this will enable you to
Limit Touch Based on Salesforce Criteria:
Once the touch is set up, Senders will be able to send & see that touch on their send page. Once the quantity limit exceeds it will disappear as a sending option.
