All incoming inventory sent to our Sending Fulfillment Centers (SFC) is subject to Sendoso's receiving SLA of 4-6 business days. Once the shipment has been delivered to the SFC, this begins the 4-6 business day timeframe.
The SFC will complete your Ship Notice and it can take up to 24 hours to see the available inventory count updated in Sendoso. You will receive an email letting you know when your Ship Notice has been completed by the SFC team.
If you are not seeing available inventory more than 24 hours after your Ship Notice has been completed, please reach out to Support.
Note: If a shipment arrives without a Ship Notice, there may be a delay in receiving your items. You will need to ensure a Ship Notice has been created in Sendoso for the team to receive the items. You can learn how to create a Ship Notice here.
